Mixed Gender Brawl Breaks Out At Philly Concert

This is the most Philly thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

This past Saturday night, country singer Luke Combs performed at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. While Combs was supposed to take the stage at 9pm, poor weather delayed the concert from starting until after 11pm. Many fans left their seats to wait in the covered main concourse, while others exited the stadium completely as they thought the show had been canceled altogether.

You know what happens when you stick a mob of drunken Eagles’ fans in tight quarters for two hours? Chaos, of course.

Philadelphians aren’t the kindest of people, we know this. Yet, what happened this weekend literally could have come straight out of Always Sunny.

While waiting out the two hour delay, a group of women got into some sort of altercation. The reason still remains unknown, but things begin to get physical very shortly. All caught in a viral video from an onlooker, you can see two women team up and basically RKO another woman. That alone would have made headlines, but what happened next is truly jaw dropping. Take a look for yourself. Fair warning though, it is extremely violent and may upset some viewers.

Fight Analysis

Trust me, I was just as shocked as you all when I first saw that. I mean, is that even legal anymore? The headlines surrounding this video usually reference the guy in green as protecting the lone girl or breaking up the fight. Let’s get one thing straight, that dude absolutely pummeled those women.

I genuinely can’t believe this guy hasn’t been arrested yet. I completely understand rescuing your girlfriend when she is getting rocked and choked out by two other women. However, this is a large man. He could have easily broken this fight up without clocking these women in the face. At one point, he shoves a woman to the ground. Aggressive, yes, but I guess somewhat understandable? He then takes a full fisted shot at a girl laying on the ground. That’s a big no from me dawg. As if it couldn’t get worse, the dude then throws another girl onto the concrete from her hair, before shoving another right back to the ground.

You know when dudes sit around a table and talk about how many toddlers they could take in a fight? Yeah, that’s exactly what happened here. This guy seemed to have been waiting his entire life for this moment. Honestly, he was so confident, I’d go out on a limb and say this is not his first rodeo (if you know what I mean).

At the end of the clip, the man and his apparent S.O take an escalator out of the stadium as the crowd of people boo and throw stuff at them. How this guy wasn’t escorted out in handcuffs, I have no idea.

Legal troubles? Not in Philly

I thought we were all taught not to hit a girl. In fact, I legitimately thought it was illegal to do so. I guess you can call this dude progressive for not assuming gender, but personally I think it’s pretty clear those punching bags he was using identify as female.

Anyway, I don’t think the police got involved whatsoever. Can’t say I’m surprised, though. For them, this was just another day in the great city of Philadelphia.
